Mara (pronounced like Sara) holds several licenses as an Acupuncturist, a Physical Therapy Assistant, and a Massage Therapist. She graduated from New England School of Acupuncture with a Master’s Degree in 2007. Prior to that she received a Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State, an Associate’s Degree from North Shore Community College, and she also graduated from the Massage Institute of New England. Mara worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 17 years, and she worked at New England School of Acupuncture as a Teaching Assistant and Instructor for over 9 years. She has also focused her bodywork training in areas such as Sports/Orthopedic Medicine, Lymphatic Drainage, and Zero Balancing. Mara is also fluent in Italian.
