Anne Marie is a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and holds a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture (Chinese and Japanese styles) from the New England School of Acupuncture at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she graduated in 2018. Prior to that she graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Math and Philosophy and also attended Boston University for Computer Science.
She brings a variety of skills and knowledge to her patients while treating at Three Rivers Acupuncture, her own practice, and at Eastway Acupuncture & Wellness. She is a licensed acupuncturist in Massachusetts whose clientele are treated in their homes and at senior citizen Adult Day Care settings in Northborough and Worcester. Prior to her career in acupuncture, Anne Marie worked in the field of software quality assurance and testing. After raising her children, she got back into the workforce as a Library Assistant at the library of a local public high school.
Anne Marie volunteered at Emerson Hospital for 5 years where she shared Reiki with patients. She also volunteered at the VA in Bedford for 4 years where she started a program reading poetry to veterans in the Memory Support Unit. Anne Marie is married and lives in Maynard with her husband, Gregory. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, quilting, and other fiber arts.
